MakerBot, a silver sponsor of the event, will showcase its popular MakerBot® Replicator® 2 Desktop 3D Printer, displaying many of the incredible real-life 3D printed models, prototypes and products made on MakerBots, and exhibiting more information on the new MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner that MakerBot is currently prototyping.

New York is MakerBot’s hometown. MakerBot was founded and is headquartered in Brooklyn and proudly manufactures all MakerBot’s in its Brooklyn facility. The first ever MakerBot Store in the world opened last fall in New York City and showcases the MakerBot Replicator 2 Desktop 3D Printer, in addition to holding classes and workshops for 3D printing enthusiasts, and having a very cool MakerBot 3D Photo Booth, the first in the nation.
