Use of Non - GAAP Financial Information Use of Non - GAAP Financial Measures The non - GAAP data included herein, which excludes certain items as described below, are non - GAAP financial measures. Nano Dimension Update ▪ Stratasys’ Board received three unsolicited proposals to acquire Stratasys for $18.00, $19.55, and $20.05 per share in cash. ▪ After careful review, the Board unanimously rejected each proposal because they substantially undervalue Stratasys in light of the Company’s standalone prospects. ▪ Nano is in midst of multiple lawsuits with its shareholders involving the control and governance of their company and, as a result, serious questions remain about the legitimacy of the Nano offer. ▪ We are committed to enhancing shareholder value and executing on Stratasys’ growth strategy.
