       On or about May 24, 2013, Stratasys Ltd. (the “Company”) began distributing to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 20, 2013, a proxy statement and a proxy card for the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 21, 2013 (the “Meeting”).
